Delivery
Most items are made to order, that's how we can be so flexible about mixing colours and sizes, so unfortunately we can't offer next day delivery. Normally we aim to get your order to you within 10 working days for UK orders. Please allow 5 days extra for overseas orders. If you do need something urgent please e-mail us and we'll see if we can help.
Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class for UK orders and by Royal Mail Airmail for overseas orders.
Delivery to the UK is charged at £4.00 per item, European Union at £6.00 per item and the rest of the world at £10.00 per item.
Returns
We take pride in all that we make and always do our best to complete your item to a very high standard. However if an item is faulty please contact us straight away at Donann.
If you find that you are not satisfied with any item you buy from Donann you are entitled to a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days of receipt and is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. A free Proof of Posting certificate should be obtained from the Post Office when the item is posted back to us.
Items made to special order are not returnable unless they are faulty. However if you have a particular problem please e-mail us and we will see what we can do.
If you want to return an item that is not faulty we will not be able to refund the cost of the postage.
A full refund or replacement is made for faulty items. The cost of the return postage will also be refunded to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
